This was the third suit we purchased directly from the website. We were very happy with the first two suits. Unfortunately this recent suit had major issues with the suit jacket. The jacket did not fit correctly at all. When I reached out for help, it too days to get a response. In some cases I had to send multiple messages to get a response. The only solution I was offered was to have the jacket remade and shipped at a cost of $65. I asked how quickly I would get the jacket, and as of this review, I have not received a response. This puts me in a difficult situation since we are almost out of time. The suit was purchased for an event that takes place in a little over a week. I can’t say for sure we will be purchasing another suit after this experience, or if we will still be recommending BD Tailor Made to our friends and school system.

I love the quality of the material. It was cut to the measurements I sent. Next order I'll try to adjust for the pants being just a bit tight, but the suit looks really good.
It is a good quality suit. You offer two pairs of pants, and the cost is comparable with a U.S. suit that is off the rack, no tailoring, and no 2nd pair of pants, So glad I found you.

I was a bit disappointed with this suit we bought for my son. He wore it to a wedding today for the first time. The vest was way too tight and short on him. I’m not sure how the vest got so messed up in size compared to the rest of the suit.
