The jacket and vest were too small and had to alter and there wasn’t enough fabric to go beyond an inch. So after paying an extra $75 to have the vest and jacket let out it’s still too tight.

I purchased the dark brown herringbone tweed 3-piece suit. At first I was skeptical that such a traditional custom-tailored suit was possible online, especially for that price. Of course they look great in the photos, but I was further persuaded and convinced by the reviews. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! The quality of material and tailoring is very high. It fits like a bespoke suit should and is now the best-fitting suit I have. The measurements I supplied were spot on. In an era when customer service is at an all-time low, BD surpassed expectations.
In addition, from the time I placed my order, until the day it arrived on my North Carolina doorstep was 14 days. I don’t even understand how that it possible.
My ONLY somewhat negative comment is that I wish the legs were cut a little fuller. They are a modern slim cut and rather tight. I didn’t see an option for a fuller more traditional cut, but I think I will simply order a new pair of trousers with “additional instructions”, when I order another one, no problem! Five stars.

Customer service has been crap across the board with every other company I've worked with the past couple years. BD greatly surpassed my expectations. Measurements were timely confirmed in follow up email. Suit came much quicker than expected, and fit surprisingly well.

These are very well made suits with good, solid material. The color on the dark brown tweed herringbone is very dark, but handsome. I was very pleasantly surprised to find all the pockets on both the jacket and the vest were fully functional. For the price paid, these suits are a really great buy. I sprung for the custom tailoring, tweed tie, and extra pair of pants and I am really glad I did. I will be ordering more suits from BD Tailor Made.

Like many people on here I was sceptical about buying a made-to-measure suit on-line. (I am in the UK). I took a chance and I am extremely glad I did. The suit is very well made and the measurements are exactly as requested. Moreover, I requested a few non-standard modifications like turn-ups on the trousers, a wider, more 'vintage' trouser leg opening, and a higher-fastening waistcoat than those pictured on the site. All of these bespoke modifications were noted by Brady and were followed no problem. Pretty amazing service in my book! You have to be prepared to get your suit with some creases as it comes boxed and pretty tightly packed. It's coming a long way after all. However, it's no big deal in the scheme of things to get it either pressed, or simply to allow the creases to fall out over a few days. On the choice of suit itself, the Brown Herringbone has a great retro vibe about it. Really can't wait to give it an outing. I will certainly buy another - the only question is which one? The Red Barlycorn has my name on it I think...

I was so worried that the suit wouldn't fit and what was I going to do if it didn't fit. All my worries were wasted energy. The suit fit my fat self perfectly.
